front suspension binding noise

ok i have a 2003 F250 amd when making turns it sounds like the front end is binding. at first i thought maybe something was rubbing underneath but i put it on my lift and there is nothing rubbing at all. This is a stock height 4X4 and i cannot see any place that could be the problem area. Any help would be appreciated.

might wanna check your wheel bearings

ok now would i check them like 2wd trucks or is there some special way to do it

jack up the front end of the truck, and see how much play there is in the hub and bearings, I know there are more methods that likely produce better results, I'm sure someone else will chime in shortly with other methods.
