Surgery went well, healing quicker than last time. Can't set for long. That is why this will be short.


Observation:
Seams like everyone on this website has had some major mechanical problems with their 2004-2007 6.0 engines.

Big question:
Who has the truck that has the most trouble free mileage stock or othwise?
We are at 8,000 miles so far without any problems.

I am glad to have the surgery behind me, and wife is doing great with her cataract surgery. We should both be 100% for trip next April. We are looking forward to meeting some of you as we go across the country.

76k trouble free miles!!!!!

Only things I have had to do are replace ball joints, brakes and some vacuum lines.

2003, 168,549mls had to replace high pressure oil injector once, water pump, trans temp sending unit and alternator......Thats it........Knock on wood

1 Engine removal job for head gaskets, head studs.
Couple of TSB's in the begining

Seems like alot of trouble, but its all good to me, cause I love my PSD

we went about 20 k before the new round of bs started
but i saw baby this morning, vavle covers off, hoses and tubes hooked up. HPOP line is looking like the culprit so far,
but its still to early

120K.. on my 2K. A Water Pump and a Throw-out bearing (new clutch while I was in there) at 96K. Other than that ? The usual fuel syst O ring stuff.. thats it.

My Butt-O-Meter sez this ole' boy has lots of miles left in'm.
