My 2000 F350 wouldnt start on a job so I used a hammer to tap the starter and get it home thinking that it was a flat spot on the starter. I replaced the starter with a new one and it still wont start. Everything lights up when I turn the key but it just clicks. Any idea as to what this might be?? I was thinking it might be a relay but I cant be sure and they are somewhat hard to test. Any suggestions would be a great help.

Your batteries are toast. Replace them in pairs only, or you will kill the new one very quickly.

Check the relay, right fender. You can use a screwdriver. ;tu

Don't use a Snap On screwdriver. Mr. Snap On dealer gets a little upset when tools are not properly used.:lmao:lmao

"I'm not turning it for warranty because it's got an arc'd spot on the shaft, I'm turning it in because the blade is broken..."
