Problem with TS 6 Position

So here's my problem. My truck was setting nest to a tree that was struck by lighting. Fried my IDM. Got it replaced and also had my ECM checked out to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. it was 100% a ok. I hooked everything back up with out my chip installed and the truck cranked up and ran for about 10 minutes before i shut it off. I then hooked my chip back up and tried to start it again and no go. all it would do was crank and crank without even trying to fire. i unhooked the chip and it fired right up.

My question is could my chip be messed up or could my IDM be flashed with new updates that would make it not work???? And can I get chip reprogrammed by TS or Tony Wildmann?

I want my HP back. stock sucks balls!!!!!!!
