Replace the upper & lower ball joints

This might sound dumb but in all my years of wrenching I never replaced the upper and lower ball joints on a 4x4 truck. I have a 1997 F250 and rented the tool from Advance Auto but was wondering if there a link or something to show me step by step how to do this so I dont screw anything up.

just did mine make sure you follow the torque inst. bottom first if you dont thay get really tight and the truck will wander all over the road.
