suspension swap?

I'm looking at a 6" lift for my truck and I have a line on a decent priced lift. Problem is it is for an 05' truck with the coil overs. My question.... is it possible to do the suspension swap or just not worth the time and effort? I would like to have the better ride of a coil over.

Well they have the coil over swaps. Fabtech, Skyjacker, and Tough Country all make one. Now there's a reason they start out at 3200 bucks. Now if yer good with a welder and can get the parts from ford i dont see it being much cheaper than the skyjacker. You have to get the radius arms and the springs and the mounts for the radius arms. Then you'll need to cut off the mounts from the leaf springs off yer axle. Best idea i could come up with is the junkyard get an 05 axle and the radius arm mounts and the springs and head to town on it all.

Yeah the kit comes with everything but the radius arms cause it is for an 05. Hmmmm, what to do?
