tranny question.

im lookin in a tranny out of a 89 f250 with a 351w in it.it has a 5 speed and im wondering if it will bolt up to my 7.3.also the guy says the truck only has 100k on it,and that he bought it without an engine as a project truck but body damage was more then he bargained for,so hes selling it,previous owner told him tranny operated fine.mainly i need to know if it will bolt up.the trans also has a 208 t-case bolted to it if that info helps.thanks

That one, I'm not sure of.

I think the 6.9/7.3 IDI bolt patterns are different than the 7.3 PSD.

The diesel bolt pattern should be the same.
