I'll assume that's from a customers vehicle after they noticed the truck was running like garbage or they noticed the smell of Diesel fuel on the oil dipstick:doh:

Either way is very cheap insurance on the health of any engine, also proof to the dealer that hey look what the lab test reported!

I wonder if one of more of the injector O-rings was damaged or not seated right when the engine was assembled. Dayum 10% fuel!!!

No wonder those new trucks get bad mileage. Sounds like they need a return line mod from the oil pan back to the fuel tank.

wanna bet that crank is TRASHED !
Yup! those numbers were clearly off the charts! I highly recommend every owner with a 6.4L to send Blackstone a test sample to make sure they don't have their oil pans filling with Diesel fuel,I can't stand surprises:cop

The quicker the problem/potential problem is detected the sooner repairs can be made before they go into the thousands.

i had ordered the pump kit over 3 years ago...works awesome. however, i did need to run to local auto parts store and get a longer tube cuz it was about 1' short...it seemed to barely dip into pan and i had the pump right up to the dipstick tube....other than that it is a great tool

No o-rings, so to speak, on that system to fail or not seat. With rail pressures in the 15,000-20,000 psi zone the connections are all hard connections. Nothing like a HEUI.

That was caused by internal injector problems. Remember the video of the flame throwing 6.4L. Piezo crystals don't like water or trash.
