Trying to update everything here, I solved my issue, ended up replacing all 8 injectors with a set from Warren Diesel with new spool valves, there is a world of difference how these buzz vs the previous injectors.
So far it's been 3 weeks and no problems yet(knock on wood) it's runs really...
My thought was more I have no idea on the miles on the injectors and I don't want to do the passenger side or one injector and then have to tear it apart and do more.
I just hope I am right on with the diagnosis I can't think of anything else it could be

What's your thoughts with my diagnosis? I just have a hard time swallowing the cost of a set of injectors but I am so tired of this truck not being up and running

Oh I also should say once warm the icp is hovering around 800-1000 while it was idling, ipr was at 26-29%, ficm was at 48v output lowest was 47.5v while cranking, ficm logic and vehicle power were 13.5v. All the stats of it seem good and no codes now other than my conversion to mech fan clutch...
So I got the air out of the line, had good pressure, started it and ran it.
Now updates since it has apparently been a month (stupid tapatalk app)
I found out apparently I had incorrectly torqued my injectors and combustion gas was blowing by, failed the bubble test, got a new kit for all the...
So an update now:
I hooked up a fuel pressure tester and checked my fuel pressure key on engine off and it was about 65 psi and then I had my wife start the truck and it cycled up to 70-75 psi and then it went down to about 55-60. So then I had my wife put the truck in drive and then hold her...
Well I got the batteries and starter and alternator tested, all good, starts fine for having the oil system open, now I put it in drive and I can floor it and it only goes up to 1100 rpms. Got a fuel pressure tester and I am in the process of making an adapter to check that.
I am leaning...
Cool I will look into them, I am gonna go have my batteries, alternator and starter tested, might as well have them all tested with the strain I have put on them

I should say I also cleared them and they all came back, monitoring the ficm voltage and logic power it was above 13 running and about 10.5 cranking and the ficm output didn't go below 47

Ready for some more issues?
So before I could get the seal I pulled the fuel pump fuse and the ficm relay so I could cycle the key on to roll my windows up.
I replaced the seal on the drain plug, it looked like it had been cut a few times. Cycled the pump numerous times after that. 20+ times...
Yeah I'm not too surprised by that, we moved across country hauling a 10k+ lbs trailer and truck overloaded, with a Dorman oil cooler and oil leaked into the coolant and travelled about 10k miles like that, had no house and no means to fix it then but got that done last year.
I'm sure it had a...
Well I was having the starting issues and my wife suggesting checking the fuel filters to see if it had gelled (had that issue this winter) and it has been 40s and up but I figured what the hell and had her cycle the key while I had the top filter off and I had already done the bubble test and...
So noticed I am having fuel bubbles in the secondary filter from the fuel pump and not from cranking (tried cranking test and no bubbles) just with key on engine off and then when the pump isn't running a few more bibbles come out and the fuel slowly drains back.
I found an o ring on the water...
Well now I don't have to worry about that, I'm thinking I must have messed something up, it sat for a little while now it won't start
