I like to turn wrenchs for fun and I have messed with a few 7.3's with exhaust and I agree with dave and jldickman, one thing you might want to check if you still have them is the heatshields especially where the downpipe comes down if your using a 4". the clearence there is tight and it's...- altered

thanks guys, for those that installed it in the manifold, how did you get the shavings out ( magnet, vacuum, turn the truck on and blow them out, take the manifold off?) what temps are normal / high?- altered

atvrider, I've had three different generation diesel's, I had a 96 powerstroke, a 92 7.3idi, and now a 02 7.3 turbo powerstroke.
