    I did have one crack but it was a weld that missed being perfectly centered to the seam. DI covered it under warranty and sent out a new complete set with the latest coating.

    2 sets and about 17K on first set and 19k on second. Installed on my F350 CC with some power to the wheels and towing so that didn't help with mileage. Rode great but didn't last.

    I went 3.5" then 4" then 5". Depends on the fuel your going after. Stock injectors will perform great with 3.5" and 80 hp chip. Stage I or II's and 120hp chip a 4" will help.

    No HP in the tow package. My 2000 had 235hp on the sticker and dynoed at about 190 also. 250hp is on the newer PSD's 01 or 02 and up. To the crank that is not the rear wheels.

    Shimming Question

    Sure sign of a weak pump. Mine would drop to 52 psi on the dyno with a hot program. Set at 70 psi before the run and read 70psi after the run. Replaced with an SX and I set it to 60psi and it doesn't move.
