    My X will not start when it's cold. Had batteries load tested, cleaned terminals, checked all fuses, only code was P0676 which was GP#6 ciruit fault.     My 2000 PSD Excursion with 126k puked out all its oil from the turbo area. I removed the turbo and pedestal. O-rings will be replaced, but were not damaged in any way. It seems the oil was coming out from the pedestal where the EBPV rod comes out. Can oil get out from there? I added some pics...

    Found it. The fuse from position #5 was missing. I have no idea why. When I was checking fuses I decided to see if there were possibly any that were missing, and that was the case. Thanks CHP for leading me in the right direction. Bobby
