Thinking about it more and not having much luck finding a timed relay, I may just install a "normal" relay in the power feed that is switched on by the seat heater switch. This way when the X is turned off, the power is killed to the relay and it won't turn on again, until the seat heater...- cturrisi

I have been thinking about installing a timed relay, so that if the seat is turned on, it shuts off after a pre-determined time (10 minutes). My wife uses her seat heater on a regular basis, but only rides in the X on weekends and therefore the seat heater use-to stay on for days without me...- cturrisi

Springs and shocks
The cheapest sway bar you can install is the Ford factory 30mm rear bar. It uses all of the factory mounts and links. It also takes about 15 minutes to install. F81Z-5A772-AA Sway Bar 30MM List $55.35 and comes with the bushings attached. This is a part for a 2004 250/350 not an Excursion...- cturrisi

Autometer Oil Pressure Guage
The problem that I am having with teeing off the stock pressure sensor location is that it is a metric 12x1.25 thread (Can anyone confirm the threads of the stock sending units?) and the ISSPRO oil temp and pressure sending units are 1/8 NPT. Installed V Code & B Code Springs, HOORAY!
Not to hi-jack the thread....but I just finished installing a set of super springs, which are similar to helper springs in the rear. www.supersprings.com. The short and sweet part is that they have improved the ride greatly, raised the rear by 1.5" empty and it squats must less with a 700lb...- cturrisi
