    no clue

Is it possible the rotor is not sitting flat against the hub? From my experience, sometimes installing new rotors/pads, the rotor has to sit flat against the hub to the pads are sitting straight in there grooves or you will never get the caliper over them. Take a couple of lugnuts and thread on...

    Vibration at highway speeds

It's a possibility. Take the front driveshaft completely out, and test drive it again and see if the vibe is still there. If it is still there, maybe tires need to be balanced?

    Behind-the-belt upper radiator hose

Haha...guess I could've answered my own question easily by just jumping on O'Reillys site and looking. They list two upper hoses, one for 'through' the serp belt, and one for 'around' the serp belt. Funny thing is, the around-the-belt one is 3 bucks cheaper. Sweet! Problem solved :)

    Behind-the-belt upper radiator hose

I've noticed a couple of guys have done this, I'd like to do it while I've got mine apart....anybody know specifically what years had this hose?

    Radiator, M/T vs. A/T

Just for future reference, I did find that the radiators are completely interchangeable between Manual trans and auto trans for the cooler hookups on the radiator.

    Engine miss

Odd....you should feel it when you powerbrake if its an engine miss.

    Engine miss

What if you try to powerbrake it? If it'll do it when you powerbrake, then you could disconnect one injector at a time and re-powerbrake to see which ones are acting up. Maybe also do a compression test?

    Engine miss

I don't see why not? Another way you could do it....would be messy, but leave the valve covers off, and one at a time, unplug each connector on the injector and see which ones make a difference.

    Love how this works...

I've already got my cooling system drained doing some work on my truck, so I said....well, nows a good a time as any to go ahead and do the 203* thermostat, also upgrading to the International Fleetrite coolant. So I went to dieselsite.com to order just a thermostat. Then I thought...I know how...

    Engine miss

Haha maybe you should edit your sig to say 2000, w/02,04 etc parts so that way Dave doesn't get confused every time he reads it lol.

    Question Noise in drive train

Either way you go will be expensive. Just guessing from costs I've seen on other rear ends R&P 150-250, and a rebuild kit(bearings&Seals) 75-125. Of course that's if you do it yourself, and that doesn't include any new spider gears. IMO, if you didn't find chunks/shavings of metal floating...

    Question Noise in drive train

If it is throttle related accel vs. decel, sounds more like a ring&pinion noise. Most of the time if the noise will go away on accel, and come back on decel, or vice versa(it can go either way depending) that's what it will be. Good luck...
