EGR delete cost?
gasket was in great condition, so it was reused, no CEL, also had egr unplugged without cel for a while. just make sure to hook up the turbo to all connections, and get some dow high vacuum grease to lube your o rings with it makes it soo much easier to put back together and seals the hpop line...- fyrsail

EGR delete cost?
Just did mine with a RCD kit , it cost 225 on ebay and was easy to install, the only hard part was remembering to eat lunch, it took me 10 hrs total from opening the hood to firing it up afterwards. some of the bolts were difficult to reach but put a blanket on top of the engine and lay on it...- fyrsail

electrical issues
electrical problem I had the same issue with my 06 6.0, the remedy was to check the ground cables near the computer. one of mine was frayed bad , making a new one for around 6 dolars solved the issue.the other possibilities are that a wired might be getting rubbed and shorting.- fyrsail

Running bad at startup (cold)
Alright so I used some new oil and allowed running time to circulate through the system and clean the old crap out of the injectors. The problem seems to have resloved itself, now to work on the stumble in the trans. Also the connector mentioned is the injector connection, I used four zip ties...- fyrsail

Running bad at startup (cold)
Chasing gremlins Alright so I had a bad batch of diesel that was contaminated with water, then i fixed the FICM for the cracked issue, this had a good effect, but there is still a skip when cold, could this be an egr sticking issue, sorry if this is answered somewhere else but im new to 6.0 psd...- fyrsail
