I ended up taking the thing to a Big rig truck repair place where they used a 3/4 inch impact to get the nut off. Then the seal was easy to replace and we just hammered it back on cause the torq is so high and we couldn't get the wrench to click. Ended up with a small drop every min...
Hey all! My glow plugs are all corroded looking up top. They seem to be working ok. Do you guys think its possible they stay on while running? How do I check them. The truck starts right up every morning.
Thanks but I'm talking about were the drive shaft meets the rear differential. It looks like four bolts to remove the shaft then one huge nut to pull the yoke. Then what?
