    Ford charged me $100 labor. That was just a couple of weeks ago. The belt was $60 I think.

    I had to replace mine at 62000 miles due to terrible squealing. Ford guy said that 60000 miles was normal life.

    I keep hearing terrible rumors about the new fuel and how it wears out injectors on earlier model trucks like my 04. What is the deal? The Ford mechanic told me to run a diesel clean in every tank. Any thoughts on this?

    Had to get a new alternator and went ahead and got 2 new batteries. Set me back $460 but maybe I won't have any more problems. It seems early for my truck to have a bad alternator to me but I don't know.
