My number two injector is dead. I ordered the new one and it sits in front of me. Can i ask one simple question... WHICH ONE IS NUMBER 2. I have a 1999 250. Is it the very front one on the drivers side. Thank you so much for your help. John
I have a newer powerstroke and i have a different set-up. Is there someone who has a 99 that can take a pic and show me the ICP. I unplugged a plug with a purple seal on it and it had a 3 wire conection.
If i unplug the icp at idle what shoudl happen. if nothing happens it is bad and if it starts getting rough it is good? i havent tried this yet but want to go do it now.
I did change the oil and the cam sensor is next to be put on. I also ordered a icp sensor just for kicks to see if it helps. I am willing to spend some money on it to fix it right.
Do you by chance know where the ground is under the dash for the power locks. Mine act like they are not getting enough power. they move very little and do not lock or unlock. i hear the relays moving and am wondering for a loose ground or something. thanks john
I cannot use the remote or locks in the truck. when you use any of them you can hear the relays clicking. the plungers move ever so slightly more so on the pass side. any ideas. main relay somewhere that does everything. just seems not to have enough power. thanks
