Turn the key ON ....
Wait till glow plugs light goes out then turn key OFF
Turn key on again. But this time continue to start.
I found this worked well in 10deg temps. Glow plug will be just that little bit hotter with a little extra fuel.
Can anyone tell me if the new 2008 Tailgate with the built-in step will fit on my 2006 Truck ? Looks to me that the only change is the driver side hinge, more for the "assist" lift than fit. Anyone ??
