    My thought would be to plan exactly what you want, performance, look and wait until you have the funds to purchase you want. Plan ahead, spend less.

    Yes, the stock type bushings which had been replaced 30K miles ago. Matt, are the axle mounted sway bar bushings the ones you put grease on? I assume you just lubed the original bushings or do you have aftermarket poly bushings? Thanks guys.

    flush oil?

    I changed over to the Rotella synthetic 5w-40 from the Rotella dino oil. Truck does seem a bit quieter and smoother (engine wise) now. Start ups were starting to get just a little bit slower with temps in the 20's-low 30's. Will be interesting to see if the synthetic oil helps that at all?

    flush oil?

    Maybe an old question, I decided to try synthestic (Rotella) oil. Do I need to flush/drain out my old oil in the system or can I just drain the old oil from the oil pan and fill with the new synthetic? Wondering whether any issue if there is some old dino oil getting mixed with the new...

    I too have experienced some rough idling during start up recently with a puff of white smoke from exhaust pipe. Where exactly is the relay located that you mention below? Official name? Thanks

    My guage reads approximately 78-80 psi. Not sure if this is harmful or helpful?

    rough start up

    It is a "romp". I installed the high pressore oil crossover about 5 weeks ago. Used the high pressure rubberized hose similar to the one from Diesel Innovations. Never had the "romp" before the installation. The "romp" only started within the last 2 weeks. Something else happening???

    This has just begun happening when I start my truck. After my truck sits overnight, about every 5th time when I start the engine it idles rough. It sounds like there is a radical high lift cam in the engine, idles rough, then smooths out after about 10 seconds of this rough idle. Any ideas...
