    I thought you were going to do some controlled experiments. I think the real challenge here is separating all of the other changes one makes to make the HHO system work vs. the actual hydrogen/oxygen being added in. If someone could just test the system with all the settings, but no hydrogen...

    Some Stage 1 or 2's should be ok. Don't want too much fuel or your EGT's will go too high. Just work with someone on the tuning so that your tow tunes hold back on fuel and keep EGT's in check.

    All of the Ford diesels have had speed limiters for almost 10 years I think. I am a 6L guy and I know those are limited. I would be surprised if the 6.4's did not also have it limited. Get a tuner and that will be history (go SCT). Ralph

    Sorry, you are right about the EGT's, had that wrong. But the lean-ness is a real issue, and if you don't play with your fuel (and trust me on diesels, you can run lean or rich; those injectors shoot and whatever is there burns if it can; shoot less, you burn more fully, shoot more, you see...

    water in fuel light on

    sensor might be bad? Should not get set off right after emptying th decantor. And since you see no water, it must be a bad sensor. I don't think it picks up on the water that might be in your fuel (low levels) unless it is a defective sensor. Ralph

    Agree 100%. My theoretical discussions are to show that it is impossible, but as usual, there are always some who don't believe the science. But who am I? Why would I know anything about this.....besides having a Ph.D. that happened to be studying the hydrocracking of heavy oil feedstocks...
