    I don't know what they are called. But, I had a similar issue, and bought a bunch of them from NAPA. They were on a round spinny thing with miscellanious items such as inner fender clips, hood insulation clips, door handles, etc.

    UPDATE: After the dealer plugged their computer into the truck, it turns out they had sold me a bad injector. I replaced #4, and they cleared the KAM, and it is now running like new again.

    I had a HPOP replaced at my local dealer, and, when it went out later, at about 7,500 miles, it was covered under warranty. Have you checked to see if you have a warranty on the HPOP if the dealer replaced it originally?
