    I have a problem on my 2000 that has a 3 stage chip the connection either comes loose or gets a bad connection and will start shutting down going down the road. I switch to stock and runs fine until I can wiggle the connection

    If it gets down below 40 degres you better run a b20 or it won't start. Had around a b 40-50 mix last fall pulled the truck out of the garage let it sit for a while and would start until I warmed it back up.

    I can normally go aorund 100 mile as well before it moves off full unless I forget to unlock both hubs

    Just a thought here.If it was a glow plug it wouldn't be smoking black would it? Glow plug would cause a cylinder not to fire right off the bat which would cause a greyish color smoke not black.just my $.02 -popcorn
