It was the IPR. The truck is running.......
On 7 cylinders.......................
Cylinder #1 is dead. It will not hold compression and there is enough crank case pressure to blow the filler cap out of my hand. DAMN!!!!!
I have a no start situation. IRP at 65% and ICP at 150-160psi while cranking. I have pulled the injectors and replaced the O rings so they are good. I am thinking it is an IPR issue. I have pulled the stealth pumps and blocked off the front IPR so it will not have to be removed again to...
I swapped my truck over to late99-03 bearings and rotors. It saved me $200 a side by going this route in lieu of just replacing the early99 bearings. I have part numbers if you would like.

How did the banks big head fit. I had to mill the rod down to fit and the hole was larger than the wastegate pin. But it worked just fine. I loved my D66.
I swapped my XLE4 PCM out with a PMT1 that Jody flashed with an enhanced stock tune for Big oil and single shot injectors. It made a tremendous difference in how the truck drives. It has more power and shifts better. I like the new trans tuning he has as well.
The donuts from CarQuest are the only ones I have found to crush right. The ones from Napa and Kragen are too darn hard to seal. If you do not have a car quest in your area, PM me and I can get some out to you. I just sent 4 to NY yesterday for a forum member.

Early 99 had a CAT, mine ran away from home years ago, I miss her!!LOL
Check to see if your intercooler boots(blue boots) are tight and not torn.
The big part of the K&N is it does not seal in the housing. Take a look at the seal and see if there are "seal marks" on all of the...
You can not stack a chip and a tuner on the PSD. The VIN lock will be gone of your buddy puts his truck back to stock. But when you program your truck, that will VIN lock it again up until you return your truck back to stock.

I have watched my temps hold 1250 for the last 100K plus miles. I took my turbo off due to some very strange noises and found the exhaust veins melted down and chunks missing from heat. Be very careful at holding high temps for long extended periods of time. Dominator 66 turbo has been...
Wastegate will not stick open if you installed the wastegate correctly. Drop the rod over the pin and wind in 6 full turns.
The blue boots are the place to check for leaks. I agree, you must have a leak to see that low of boost numbers.
I would see 23-32psi of boost after install of...
