I'm wanting new wheels and tires, but I don't want any lift.
I've got two good leads on new 16" and 17" wheels, but I have no clue as to what will fit.
Right now I have 16.5 rims and 33 x 12.5 x 16.5 Mud tires with NO rub at all.
What will fit ole masters of the wrench??????:hail
Mine was a little more pronounced but it was the Injector Control Pressure Regulator.......covered under warranty......
Mine eventually died and wouldn't start back from the problem.
Some other possibilities are a loose ground wire, ICP sensor, and others have mentioned the throttle...
Guys when I bought my 02 F350 CC LB, the truck had 16.5" wheels/tires on it.
As you know 16.5" is an odd size to find anything for. I put a new set of tires on about 15K miles ago and they are WAYYY to agressive.
I want to make some changes but did not know if a 16" wheel will fit (was it...
$106 Later and (1) ICP Regulator
Fuller Ford in Cincinnati, OH took care of my truck.
Replaced the ICP Regulator and truck is good to go again!
$106 to repair and a $200 tow bill.........I'm not complaining.
A big :thanks to all who tried to diagnose. Hopefully this thread will be...
Last code thrown was p1212........at death!!
Stealership is supposed to let me know tomorrow......they called today and said they had checked the obvious and that it wasn't any of those.
I told them I had put (2) CP Sensors, (1) ICP, and (1) Fuel pump on and they said "Didn't you know this...
Another symptom before DEATH.......
Truck would stumble and stall worse on an uphill angle. I tried to pull into a fairly steep driveway and the truck died and would not start until I rolled back into level territory.
THEN......backed into lumber company to load up and it DIED to never...
Powerboatr.....
I found the ground I think......
Right next to the power distribution "mess" under the hood on the driver's side mounted into the left front qtr panel. 3 grounds.......(2) Black/yellow, (1) Larger red/yellow.
I removed it and re-installed........I'll let you know after...
Code 0603 showed this morning.......I think that has something to do with the ICM????
I'll try the ground bolt under the dash now.......
I'm open for anything.

OK......Last try.
Truck started dying when trying to accelerate from a stop. It seemed as if the truck was rolling it was ok, but from a dead stop it was Russian roulette whether it was going to stall or go.
Most of the time truck would start up and go on, but sometimes it...
Yes, the new model takes an 1 1/8" socket (I think) to install/remove. The old one came out with a 5/8" wrench under the head of the unit.
Amazing how such a small thing can make such a BIG difference.
