Now I'm confused. I'm pretty knowledgeable to the mustang world and seeing 392 stroker leads me to a ford motor along with you mentioning FMS injectors. Or are you just running FMS injectors?

I don't have either product you are referring to but I've had SCT's TSX for quite awhile and absolutely love it. Very easy to read screen, great layout and choices of gauges. Most importantly, tech support and service from SCT is excellent!
I would recommend replacing the entire system. If you do not have emissions testing, might as well get rid of that cat and if you want, the muffler. I'm more of a 6.0 guy but if I recall correctly, a lot of people run a 3.5" down pipe on the 7.3s in order to clear the firewall and 4" back...
'92 notch. Still building it as a slow, long term project but it's basically going to be an 8 second 10.5w car. 351 dart block out to a 370ci with some Edelbrock, Jesel and forged parts along with a little turbo backed by a 2-speed glide. Wolfe suspension.
