    2002 Accessorie turn on delay

    I have a 02 7.3L and this issue just recently started. When i turn the key on none of my accessories turn on *IE Windows, Radio, Guages, But after 45seconds or so everything will turn on like normal. I have already replaced the GEM Pack... Some people say it might be the insturment cluster?
