Up Pipes
DI has their set listed for $425 (uncoated) and $495 (coated) BW has theirs as $325 (uncoated) and $425 (coated) Some people have been able to get the pipes from IH for about $290. ZooDad- ZooDad

Up Pipes
OK, doing alot of long overdue things. While the trans is out I took a look at the up pipes and sure enough there is some soot up there. Not a ton, but some. Has anyone tried the new IH versions with the bellows ? I have seen BlackWidow Diesel's. They also have a set ceramic coated for an...- ZooDad

Fan, Fan Clutch Question

Fan, Fan Clutch Question
Does anyone know of an "easy" way to check the fan clutch ? I have been going round and round with mine. When I spin the fan on the cold motor, there is some tension. Ideas ? ZooDad- ZooDad

2003 super duty front brakes
Make sure you upgrade to the latest Ford Caliper pins. I believe this is the part number 2C3Z2C150AA. PowerStroke Shop has them for about $18.00. ZooDad- ZooDad

Lower (than normal) boost numbers, please help
Check all your connections. By the photo I see you are getting oil weepage out of your boost fitting. You probably need to clean out your intake tract. I was getting lower numbers like you. I removed all the intercooler tubes and boots, then the IC as well. I soaked them all in SuperClean...- ZooDad

Better performance AND Better Mileage Help needed
You did not state what gears you have. 3.73 or 4.10. Or how fast you are traveling, crusing RPM ? I ended up getting a Gear Vendors for when I tow. Mostly to split 2-3 and 3-4. Can't really give you a definately MPG, but the truck pulls better. And definately what what was said above...- ZooDad
