1993 IDI performance

new to forum so excuse if this is in wrong spot. i didn't see anywhere else that suited.

old truck, new to me...recently.

what is the ideal fuel filter/Air filter for this truck? like everything, lots of options.
i was probing Amazon, they carry FRAM. is this a good match for IDI?

Since you're here, I ran a '94 for 14 years. Mine was the factory turbo model and I ran NAPA Gold Wix filters for fuel, air and oil. Be sure to get the fuel filter that reuses the water separator bowl. I also used the 1734 oil filter for the first gen Power Strokes. Holds more oil and filters better. I ran Delo 400 15W-40 changed every 3K miles. Fuel filter every 10K. Air when it was needed. Depends on how much dirt in the air where you drive. That should get you started but like Scott said OilBurners is the place to go with the IDIs. Great trucks and simple. Enjoy it.
