    OD light flashing

    I had the OD light flash on our 02 Excursion a few years back,I took the VSS out and blew it off with a can of compressed air which cleared it of metal shavings from the gear ring,I also zip tied it down(X style) to prevent it from coming loose.

    Traveller All Fleet Diesel Oil from Tractor Supply Co. Nothing has tested better at Blackstone for us so I stick with Traveller's :sweet At $34 a 5 gallon pail isn't too shabby either:)

    I always change the oil in the HPOP when draining the oil pan. I get maybe 2-3 changes out of these pumps before the interior parts breakdown,they're a few bucks at Harbor Frieght and can get em on sale from time to time.
