Question Rear Shocks
Gentlemen, This summer I broke "several" leaves on the rear springs on my "99 F250 while towing my fifth wheel. Joe, Thanks for the advice. I'll give it a try next time I hook up the trailer. Hopefully I can take advantage of the torque curve and stay in OD as much as possible. When I lock out the OD, the engine noise is nearly unbearable. Hopefully I can find some suggestions in the forum on insulating...- FINKSTR

WD40... Regarding your question about locking out the OD: When pulling the fifth wheel and I try to keep my speed between 55 and 60. At that speed I find that the trans downshifts quite a bit when in OD, particularly in hilly areas. RPM is around 1700. It doesn't seem to have enough power to...- FINKSTR
