    dang!!! i know i'm not using that much oil. but i'm going to go out and start my truck in a minute, but i'm gonna check the filter bowl. i know that i need to change out the filter, but i will look to see if the fuel is odd colored.

    thanks i will check that in the morning. would it cause a drop in power? i never have smoke coming out of the exhaust except for when it's cold then it will blow white smoke. the exhaust smells pretty rich too when it's cold and i fire it up, but it doesn't after it gets warmed up.

    how do i know if i have a bad injector or 2? the reason that i want to know is b/c when my truck gets warmed up it idles slightly rougher than it does when i first start it. also i have added like 1-1 1/2 quarts of oil in it and i changed the oil a little over 1000 miles ago. i don't know...

    it seems like my whole truck shakes a bit at idle, possible a little more than my girlfriends dad's '95 psd does and one of my stepdad's friends '97 psd. the truck runs fine but i have a little over 1,000 miles on the oil right now and i've already added about 1 1/2-2 quarts maybe, i don't know...

    i priced one for the front of my truck the other day at a place down here in austin that custom makes them. the price ended up being a little over $1000 so i don't know what i'm gonna do yet
