    if it makes you feel better,take a piece of heater hose or something like that.cut to what you need,split down one side and slide it over the fuel line where it hits at.i did that to mine under the turbo on the passager side.i put a zip tie on the ends just hold it.

    fuel pump,fuel lines (short rubber ones),fuel bowl take your pick.i had a fuel pump start leaking right before it went out.

    does a new cooler come with the ends that bolt up to the engine?or do you have to reuse the old one's and just replace the tube? i almost put the old one in the trash then thought about the ends being on it.

    yes,it's the same block you can't even tell it was sleeved,everthing is in except oil cooler.took my buckit of bolts to him last night.all the piston and rods was balanced and he had the bolck in the tank again before he puts together.my crank didn't needed to be turn they was able to polish it...

    i have the 203 T-stat and a real gauge the truck runs(or did run)around 208* to 210* towing 35ft TT,running empty it didn't matter thats where it stayed. in winter it is great you don't have to turn the blower on for it hot in the cab:thumbs

    i can't say anything about the ats,but i can tell you i'm very happy with the h2e. you will fine if you don't have a SD setting around for parts a BB turbo will end costing about the same as a h2e kit.+ or- depending on were you fine the parts needed.

    the wife waisted her turbo with the stage 1's.it lasted about 5 months at 40+ of boost with a 1.0 housing.i told her to keep below 30 but thats like telling a kid to not do something. i took the intake tubing off and their is about 1/2in of play in the shaft and the blades are all beat up.go...
