    When i did mine i did NOT remove the computer. I just took the park brake braket loose and i was able to reach in a clean the terminals good enough and install the chip.. But yes make sure to unhook the batteries Neal

    Does anybody have the boost gauge that also shows vaccume? Do our PSD's show a vaccume on a gauge? Thinkin of upgrading to a real boost gauge and was lookin on ebay (b/c i'm on a budget:rolleyes: ) and they all ahd the vaccume gauges on them, i dont want to get one with a vaccume gauge if...

    i have the TS 6 pos chip with stock, 50, 75, 100, high idle, no start. i can tell a dsmall difference with 100 over the 75 settings. the 100 horse setting smokes a sugnificant amount compared to the 75. Neal

    Looked at truck today, private party: 1994.5 PSD Crew Cab, long bed, 4x4, 174,000, from texas so no body rust, body is a little rough with scratches, needs a coat of wax pretty bad, decent rubberaftermarket rear bumper, brush gaurd on front. looks pretty clean underneith no huge oil leaks...

    It's been up and down here supposed to be goin down further though...we have already had snow flurries here a couple of times, no accum. though. 37* w/31* windchill here, at 9:05 pm estsnow for the next 3 days or so...

    turbo surge?

    sounds to me like your exhaust back pressure valve(ebpv) is just functioning as normal. it is a valve in the exhaust similar to an exhaust break, that closes in cool weather to warm up the truck faster. when you give it more throttle it opens for acceleration. Neal

    Where Can I Get a Shift Knob?

    Thats a piston from a 4 cylinder kubota diesel. I epoxied a 14mm 12point deepwell socket in the bottom of the piston, stuck a latex glove over the splines on the shifter and push socket on. then just ripped off the excess laxtex glove. the glove made everything tight and holds it on...
