    Cool, I have a week before I need to fuel up again so I think I'll try and get the hoses done. I should have enough info to get some made. I just noticed tonight that diesel is up to 3.49 here in town and the B99 is still 3.15. I'm thinking this is a go... Ron

    Would I be better off changing the lines now just because...or would a couple of test tanks be OK to run? Is there a standard type of line to replace the old ones with that I could get over the counter? I'm sure you all are tired of the same questions all the time but :thanks

    I've read so much on running bio-diesel my eyes are crossed. I'm sure the info is here somewhere but... I've found B99 at 3.15/gal while reg fuel just went up to 3.39. I'm planning on getting a load in the next couple of days but I'm worried about the rubber melting away, filters plugging etc...

    Don't forget the Mustang Ranch...how can you loose money on...never mind... Start paying those farmers to grow a crop that will support bio-diesel instead of watching their topsoil sit. But then if I could get paid for doing nothing with my farm I guess I'd jump on it also.

    Got the bad injector replaced and the truck is running perfect :thumbs. I'd forgotten how smooth it runs when it's firing on all 8... It was still scary pulling the injectors the first time. Thanks for the help...until the next issue... Ron

    With a 179K on it, I guess it was my time... Everything from the harness connectors to the vc cover and under are all brand new. We did the CC test the first time but it wasn't hot enough. We let it cool during an oil change. The next time we did it, it showed #4 as the default cylinder...

    Yeah, once it was hot, all passed but #4. I pulled #'s 2 & 4 and swapped holes and this weekend we'll run them again and see if it follows the injector, no codes or the dreaded dead #4 hole :( . It does idle better than before, not as hard a lope at a stop but it's still there a little...
