Saw this on the tube this morning

I saw this too. I am down with saving money on fuel, but how long will that PSD last burning filtered WVO? From what I saw, he said that he filters the WVO, heats it up, and then it goes to the engine. Kind of sidesteps the whole homebrew thing! fgtex

    Think Before You Speak/Write

People never cease to amaze me. I am sure that Luke AFB was there long before any mall or its attendees. Same goes for moving next to an airport. When will people learn. Would she be having a fit it they were stopping terrorist activity? This mentality is why I do not discuss the military...

7.3l vs 6.0l motor witch is better??

6.0 vs 7.3 The 7.3 was available from 94 to 03. The 'newer version' is in the 99 to early 03 250/350. The 6.0 is in the 250/350 from late 03 to present. Many may say to shy away from the early 6.0's. I don't know much about pulling heavy with these trucks, but someone with more experience...

    Uhh ohhhh

Wow!! That $3.15 a gallon I paid on Saturday was the most I have ever paid for fuel. I guess I will see a new high on the next fill-up. SVO and WVO are starting to look very appealing. fgtex

    Fuel Mileage

lie-o-meter I'm sure he means no harm. It appears that many find that adding a programmer or chip to our trucks throws the facrtory computer mileage way off. It is usually off to begin with, and then adda chip/programmer to get the engine to do things beyond the factory setting, it widens...

    Fuel Mileage

Depends Welcome to the site Mauler90! The short answer is "It depends." Depends on how you drive, truck configuration, blah, blah, blah. There are several threads on this site about this topic. I have the '02 truck in my sig, and consistantly get around 15mpg (50/50 driving. fgtex

some info for the big riggers

http://www.internationaldelivers.com/site_layout/news/newsdetail.asp?id=686 This is the only release that I can find from a company website. It just says that the cost of the equipment will go up due to more stringent EPA regs. The document is a little dated though, so things could have...

    mileage sucks

Check out what CHP said. I have noticed on my stock '02 that when I stay over 2k rpm's, the mileage goes down noticeably. On spring break this year, when doing 80 through NM and AZ for tanks worth of fuel, I got like 12.5 mpg. No trailer, few hundred pounds of gear. fgtex

Man Can't Park His F-750 Pickup

From my experience, this is the dreaded Home Owners Association that is associated with many newer developments, and not city/town ordnances. I am not sure what particular case you speak of, so there could be some cities doing it too. I don't think that I will be moving into another HOA...
