    it looks like there is a decent indention on that downpipe... a 4'' downpipe will work.. no need for any bends that's only more restrictive.... and what Dave said about making sure you get alum. or stainless... and what NevrKnow said about what your future plans witht the truck are...

    what year is your truck and are you under/out of warranty?? if you are out of warrenty i would spend the coin on the egr delete kit... i will be doing this as soon as im out of warrenty.. but i don't wanna void the warranty on the motor so im waiting... i have the egr deleted in my tune from...

    i would say ya need to install a trans temp gauge and see what that thing reads... i have never heard of anything like that happening... and if the truck is still running fine then it could possibly be a tech. issue.... but if ya haul daily it would be a good idea to get ya some gauges anyway...

    how important is the "drain plug"... do i need to do this? im about to change mine... it will be my first time and im wondering what the deal is with the drain plug... can i just crawl under and take the HFCM one off (wear the fuel) then replace it... then go replace the easy one?

    you may be low on coolant.... mine is plenty cold at idle, cruising speeds, etc... today i missed with it the entire trip from branson to crawford county in missouri... and it was fine all day... the temp outside was a lil better but not so much that it should've made a difference.... maybe it...

    yeah and we all know how important that little cubby hole is.... its almost a necessity lol... i would be lost without mine..... i love the set up... makes us of a place that was just there.... the only thing i would be concered about.. is 1.... can you easily see or adjust your radio...

    Problem w/auto climate control

    my 03 used to do this... i think i remember it being a vaccum problem and also caused problems with the 4 wheel drive... i know that sounds crazy but i remember them being related somehow.... it has somthing to do with the vaccum lines... maybe.. hopefully someone will help out
