    its definitely not as easy on the 05+ trucks... this is what i do... i take the 4 screws on top out.. then get a long screw driver (12" or so)... and bend the grill back just enough to get that screwdriver down to the clips.. i push on the clips with the screwdriver (you'll see the lip you need...

    Yeah I got ya on that one.. im still running my donaldson air filter.. im talking about the intake manifold that is connected to to the motor.... after the cool air goes through the intercooler and comes back up to the motor through the drivers side boost tube it goes through that intake...

    yeah what the guys said... and i don't think it makes much difference what year you choose.. the 05 and new trucks look a lil different and ride a little smoother cause of the different front ends... the 07 trucks have better turbos... i think it all depends on your budget and what kind of miles...

    that's what we've said about every new engine they have come out with... the 6.0 seemed that way at first but with a few mods and labor they can be very realiable... its a waiting game... like the fellas said give them a few years to work it out and we will see :) who knows :dunno
