    Ok i just hooked up my pump to the red side and pumped it up to -25 and pluged the black side. Turned the key on and stayed a -25 turned the switch 4x4 and lost all presure. Put back to 2x4 repumped and turned 4x4 on and lost all presure a gain.

    Ok on the solenoid we have a black and red line i hooked my vac pump up to the black line and pulled -15 wc i could hear the hub's lock in and it held it there for 15 min's.

    What is the price on the stage II. I have the stage II and love the hell out of it. But you will probably get some turbo surge with the stage like me and lot's of other you will want to install the wicked wheel with it or sometime after it .

    Ok I have tried everything replaced o ring's and checked all hoses. I have unhooked the main hose that feeds both hub's up by the silinoid valve and plug the end heater swithes from floor to defrost What are the chance's that the silinoid valve is bad. Any help would be good thanks:dunno

    Don't forget you will need to add friction modifer with the gear lube. Brake cleaner will work good I 2nd DaveBen on what he said.

    Well Your good to go It's really not that bad to do just get some good jack stand and lift the whole front of truck off the ground. And start turning wenches.

    Everything should go in just fine only thing that i did that you might is the front driveline that is on the IFS has a u-joint on each end. you want to get a driveline out of a F350 it has a u-joint on 1 end and constant volcity joint on the other.     I did the same swap in my 1996 F250 it was pretty easy did it my self in 4 hours. The dana 60 was out of a 1997 F350 all suspention brake's etc are all the same.

    Thanks for all the reply's and the help from everybody the part numbers that i have are for a 32mm 1 1/4 sway bar and double eye link's 4.5186G are Black bushing's and 4.5186R are for Red bushing's i bought them autozone. I also bought the track Bar bushing kit but waiting to tackel that job...

    Changing all oil's

    I was told that you do not need modifier on royal purple gear lube and as far as the transfer case i use schaffers synthic atf you have to remove the cover to get all the oil out of the diff the way i see it. i hope this helped.
