My dad forgot to put the oil drain plug back in and didn't realize it until he poured 2 qts in and saw them speeping under his feet in the garage :roflmao it was pretty funny. So what is this schrader valve? I've heard these things are impossible to reprime as...

    Sad day

Sorry I know how you feel too. I watched my dog get run over by the axels of a trailer she was sleeping under as a freind took off with the trailer. Crushed her chest and I layed with her for her last 10 minutes of life. It was her time to go years ago though. She just appreciated I was there...

    Tire Rotation

haha you would have rotated about 7-8 times :) These are pretty tuff tires though and are really made for heavy duty highway driving and that is it. Went in the sand once at the beach back home and it is a no go that is for sure. Yep after closer examination the backs were wore down quite a...

    Tire Rotation

Well I moved to a new area a few months ago after a long trip accross the country and I started to feel a vibration on the road comming home especially. The week I moved here I did a U-Turn and hit a huge whole as I went off the road (horrible turning radius and I noticed I sent one of the wheel...

    Exhaust

Dang I got up at 7 today to get a start on this and git-er-done. But then I realized I forgot the darn 12" blade. The 6" is just not cutting it. Wife wanted me to go into town anyway with her this weekend so I'm off. Trade off for having her go skeet shooting with me, even though secretly she...

    Offroad tires for my dually..

I have never owned a duallie and no nothing about them but is there a way to increase the distance between the two wheels without having to purchase new wheels. Like some sort of spacer or does this affect the ability of the wheel to hold the weight or stay on the hub. The reason I ask is I...

    1995 F250 Dually???

WOW 95 :) haha Yeah Centurian did some funny stuff with that one unfortunealty not attractive. Truck looks really beat up at least at the tailgate. Not surprising though as it was obviously a tower. Wierd hitch on that reciever in the back. Must be a pretty weak hitch and surprised it...

    1995 F250 Dually???

Here is the real question though. What is the point of a F-250 dually? Thought the main reason was because of the wieght. Seems any thing a F-250 could handle the great engineering and quality of tires these days could take as well. I know little, but isn't this the only reason for a...

    pyro gauge fitting?

http://www.gts-motorsports.com/gaugemountinst.html Has some good pics of what he describes. I didn't worry about the shavings either. I tried to be careful when drilling and taping and some got in there, but doubt it hurt anything.

    WOW Sighting

Here on Ft. Bragg today I saw the monster of all trucks. It was a Black F-550. Had what appeared to be a 5" exhaust and had to have some sort of intake and newer turbo as I've never heard a Super Duty whistle like that on so low of RPM's. It was black, tinted window, and had about the...

ULSD causing fuel system problems? U decide.

Well not to impressed with the clean diesel site. Most of it seemed like guess work and common sense. Nothing to support it and it seems like from what I've hear...esp about dates that some of this is wrong. As for the Chevron article that was very interesting. Good to know stuff. I agree...

I think the biggest bennifit would be cleaner air from what I have heard about the K&N's. Not sure which specific filter you are running but I imagine the spool up over yours wouldn't be to much different. All I know though is it is a Huge difference in Noise on the Intake side over the stock...

The part number is the same as NAPA if I remember right I think there is another number or letter in front of it though but it is still a 6637. So you dont have any regular 4" pipe then do you. It is just the 3" 45 degree angle?

    How to DIY

Had a question about tranny temp gauges. I just fixed my Boost gauge as the line was bent and stopping the flow..It still is sucking but good enough to work..It really gets wobbly around 12 PSI though. I had switched the polarity on the gauge and it read 300+. I put it back and it still reads...
