    If I was as close as you are I would look at a BTS transmission. I am having my tranny rebuilt currently here at a L & D Performance.

    Got the call this morning. The input shaft broke. A hardened on will go in its place. No case damage or excessive wear though. :clap:

    I surely can't complain about how well it lasted. Hopefully they will get on it today. Its very rare that it does not have a trailer hooked to it. I needed my truck last weekend. It broke unloaded. Guess it was mad it me for not having it loaded. :dunno

    Type in "tea pot museum" into Google and see where NC spends fuel taxes. BTW, The road I live on has been tore up for years by logging trucks that pay road use taxes and NC still does not fix it. NC used to have some of the best roads in the nation. Now we have some of the worst. :cussing:

    I work for a dealer and Ford has yet to release a statement. I believe the 6.0 reinbursement issues are a major problem in this. We have repaired thousands of 6.0 problems.

    I have Timbrens. Airbags deliver the best ride. Timbrens are the most durable and have no risks of failing because there are no moving parts. If you putt enough weight on the Timbrens the truck won't ride too bad. :)
