    I'll have to re read it I guess. My letter was dated in Jan 2009. I didn't read anything about drivability issues. And about the "engine no longer going into regeneration" - I thought the reprogram was to alert the driver when it DID go into regeneration mode. I think I'm more confused now. :)

    I received a letter for o8B07 the other day. should I have received one for 08B06 too? or was my Build 3 truck not affected? Besides what my letter says regarding 08B07, is there other things involved in the flash that is not written in the letter?

    All of that from the DPF reprogram?? My letter seems to imply all that the reprogram will do is simply update to display to show when the DPS is regen'ing. did they do something else? Or does the update do other things that Ford won't acknowledge?

    Is anyone mixing the Marine 2Stroke oil in their 6.4? I read about it all the time but not sure if it's OK to use in the newer engine. Sounds like something the 6.4 would agree with. I'd add it along with the Cetane booster I use from Ford too.

    Headlights are burning out pretty quick. I'm on a 3rd burned out headlight. I use the sealed beam types. I had upgraded to the Silverstars after original stock sealed beam burned out. But since them two of them have burned out. I think I'm going to go back to the plain jane sealed beams...

    My 08 F350 has improved quite a bit since new. It now has 40K miles and I'd say it's gone up about 10 to 12%. I have the 4.10 rear end and auto tranny. As long as I drive about 63 mph and less the mileage is great (17-18mpg). All around driving is getting about 16mpg at the moment. But my...

    No DRL on my truck. Just wondering if it's the heavy duty suspension I have on the F350. I have the towing package and GVWR is 13500 lbs. Thought that might have something to do with it. Thanks

    Seems my 08 F350 likes to go through light bulbs. I have the plain style sealed beams and I've had 2 burn out in only 33K miles/4 months of ownership. Anyone else see this happen?

    the truck has 32K miles and the fuel filters were changed last week. But that doesn't explain the blueish smoke pouring out the exhaust. Where is all that coming from? I was thinking it could be the EGR too. Where is it located? Is it easy to change? I bring the truck in tomorrow...
