i think i saw it was a myth but im not sure. but main rotella synthetic cost way to much i think it up to like $30 a gallon it use to be $20 a gallon about a year ago- mx730md

Switched to Synthetic
is it a myth that switching to synthetic causes leaks my warrenty just ran out on my 04 it has 73000 miles it only has one damp spot on the back side of the motor. i dont want to switch has have to get oil leaks fixed. i just hate how it cranks and everything i read about synthetic says it...- mx730md

try some power service certine booster/injector cleaner it a white bottle with a red cap they sell it at advance auto for like $7 a quart- mx730md

Question Looking for mpg info
was it 100% highway driving? i guess i have the crew cab but it shouldn't make that much of a change. i guess you said "i was surprised too" so i take it you usually dont get that high of a mpg?- mx730md

i dont believe ya dave. there is no way you get 21 on the highway in a stock truck in less you drive like 45mph. i get almost always 15.7mpg hand calculated at the pump. im happy thats good for a 4ton truck with a front end like a brick. i used to have a little turbo eclipse that only got 20mpg...- mx730md

04 6.0 as daily driver
what would your suggest as a additive? also you guys say not to idle i would think it would be better for about 5min to get the engine and trans warmed up and let it cool of for a min or two when you turn it of?- mx730md

hi, i want to know what your opinions are for a 04 6.0 f250 as a daily driver i have a 30min drive/15 miles to work each day. and on the week ends i usually drive around 150-200 mile for motocross races. i dont think i should have any problem with a 6.0 since i wont really be towing a lot maybe...- mx730md
