    Dang dude..... I dont know anything about the pumps or your problem, but that sucks. I havent had a lick of problems with my pumps in over 15k miles of use.

    Yeah i guess thats right, its been long enough since i made fuel that i forgot the mix carboys got fairly hot. Well its worth a shot, this tank wasnt too expensive if it doest work i'll get a steel mix tank.

    both the mix and reactor are poly cone bottom tanks, i was planning on keeping temp no higher than 120.

    Well the 30gal reactor Rickh made for us wasnt near big enough (which we knew going into the project), so we're stepping up to a much larger setup. Ricks reactor/wash/dry tanks worked very well and it was nice to learn on a 30gal batch instead of a 300 like we are now designing/ building...

    you wont need headstuds with stage 2's and h2e. I ran that combo for along time on stock bolts.

    diy injectors should put you 350-400rwhp depending on hpop condition, tuning, etc..

    yeah adding an ic usually decreases your boost a few psi.

    Tony Wildman is the man to see for a chip. www.totaldieselperformance.com A set of hybrids, late model hpop and a hypermax h2e would be more than enough to push those PMR rods into destruction. Dunno why everyone recommends big oil and b codes for everything....

    Potential Engine repair/replacement avoided!!

    Ive noticed the same thing with Dads '00 f250. It finally warmed up so we blended in 50% homebrew biod and the truck has never ran this smooth or quiet. Just one more reason to make your own diesel:thumbs
