    I don't notice it while coasting but applying a light load (small incline, accelerating a few MPH with cruise control, etc...) it is noticeable. I hope it's not tires.

    Pull the grill, cross member, and I/C. I laid the AC condenser on top of the engine. The new cooler has 1/2" fittings and the stock lines are 3/8". I ran the driver side line down, 90* fitting along the lower cross member, 90* to the rear and to the stock line. Passenger side down...

    Make sure the uppers and lowers are greaseable. A 90 degree zerk fitting in the uppers will clear the axle.

    Shouldn't be a problem. Guage pods pretty much sticks out towards the door opening vice towards the windshield.

    Don't forget to check up under the glove box. There is a vacume connector up under there that your passenger sould have kicked. It is probably the hubs but checking under the glove box is pretty easy.

    Finally installed my Marinco plug. I've had it for over two years. Moved it from WA to GA. Was going through stuff now that we may be moving back and found it. Figured it was a good reason to stop and give the truck some more attention.

    Backspacing is different between 99-04 and 05 and up. You can get wheel spacers to run the newer wheels on an older truck. Lots of opinions about wheel spacers though. I'm sure someone will chime in with an opinion regarding those.

    Installed 6.0 tranny cooler. (much larger than the V-10 cooler that sprung a leak) Test drove truck to confirm sway bar end link bushings fixed the clunk.;tu

    open door indicator wont turn off

    Switch is inside the door latch. WD-40 worked for me on 3 of 4 doors but they all eventually went bad.
