    Thanks Luke. The part number would be great. Do you have to completely remove the up-pipes from the manifolds? Or loosen them from the manifolds at all? Or can pull the turbo, slide the old donuts off and slide the new ones on, and re-install. Thanks again.

    I would say you prolly have a boost leak. I can hit up to 28 with my chip. Make sure all the clamps are tight.

    Nice looking Rig there Stephen. Need to change the grass burner exhaust though. Not saying stacks cause most don't do that on the car haulers. But a real nice side exit system would look good.

    Ok you don't need Big Oil to get to mid 300's. All you need is bigger injectors, some stage two single shots will get you to mid 300, with tuning on a stock turbo. Luke made over 500 horse on Stage 3 Hybrids, Hybrid H2E, and fuel system, with Wildman tuning. That was with a single HPOP.

    The AC problem is the Vacuum pump under the hood on the passenger side. It should be about 150$ from ford. The door lock problem is pretty common, my truck does the same thing. Either get used to it, or get new I think it's the regulator. Someone will come along with the link to them.

    Big Oil is like a Stealth or Terminator pump. It's a dual HPOP system. I don't know what kind of scanner autozone uses. So can't help you there.

    Ok good on where you have your boost gauge tapped. I would also check all of your clamps and make sure they are all tight just to insure that boost isnt' leaking anywhere. Other than that, I am not sure. What kind of scanner were they using when they scanned your truck? The P1211 code...

    I actually made my own. It's not difficult, just a 1/8th inch piece of pipe that has a small hole drilled in it. Attached with a hose attaching it. It does give you more boost that's for sure. I went from 25#'s to 29#'s at which point I would throw a CEL, cause I don't have any sort of boost...

    The trick there is to put the boots on both the spider and manifolds at the same time. Then slowly wiggle it on there. The best way to save your back is to sit on your knees on top of the radiator, just lay a blanket down first, this will greatly save your back.
