    okay. i understand now. had a brainfart. i need to just take my stock wheel off and measure the backspacing. i have 1 1/2 to 2 inches of space before i hit my leaf springs. think i can go 35's without rubbing?

    i noticed some grease that was dripping out of one of my front tie rod boots. is this normal? it wasnt runny, looked like it was squeezed out. maybe because its heating up?:dunno

    thanks JL. thats what i needed to see to understand it better. so if i did want to get the MT wheels, and stay with 285 or 305's, 4 inches of backspacing would move the wheel in 4 inches? keeping my stock wheel may be the best option then huh?
