    Yeah its different Joe. Fuse #23 on mine is the engine control fuse. Looking through the list, mine dosent even identify anything with the fuel bowl. But all my fuses look fine. Gonna try removing the chip and see what that does.

    Squeak is gone! Replaced belt, tensioner and idler pulley all with Motorcraft parts. Pretty easy job over all. Thanks again everyone for the help. Plan on doing the t-stat and new hose in a few weeks.

    Fixed!!!. Popped the OEM starter in and it fired right up. The fomoco starter is a much better product and built a little different.
