I have used a blow dryer to heat the adhesive and scrapped on a corner with my finger nail until it lifted. Then pull slowly while still heating area. I used alcohol to clean the area after the label was removed.
I think in the manual it says to change your filter after 5000 miles or 200 hours. I would just carry a filter and means to change it. You may be surprised as to how far you can go. Log it down so you can see for yourself how long you can go.
You should be able to go to your service department an obtain a copy from them. I had to do this to do a wiring job on my wife's Expedition. They will have to look it up on their computer. They have the info you need and it is free.
I had a vehicle stolen with a Viper alarm years ago. I quit buying alarms after that. I am paying insurance so let them replace the losses. Sure it is a pain but I haven't had a vehicle stolen since not having an alarm. Funny huh
I was at Houston Car Show. Product specialist pulled out a book with pricing in it. He told me that a F250 Lariat Crew 4x4 longbed Diesel would run about 45000. That's before you add in the other options such as navigation and more.
I am interested in buying the new 08. I am just a little concerned that I have not seen the new ULSD label at the pumps. I live in League City, TX. I work in Clear Lake City. I have been to several stations and with no luck seen the new label. Who has it?
