    You still here Jourdan? I figured the adjuster bolt got hung up on the jam nut. I dont think he'd totally remove it.

    I just mean get it a couple of wrench turns. You know what I mean, there aint a lot of room in there. Seems like the allen bolt bunches up in the jam nut. You should be able to feel it. I did it with both wrenches at the same time if that makes sense.

    No. make sure you loosen the jam nut ALOT. That will give you enough play to loosen the allen bolt. THEN retighten the jam nut. Only going by what i did. Yes I did the exact same thing you did and thats how I fixed it. :)

    atleast use some heat shrink tubing. The adhesive helps seal up the ends and makes those connections weatherproof.

    Crap I just remembered something. Sometimes when you switch back and forth alot on that 4wd switch the puter will lock it in for awhile to prevent unlocking ( I forgot why). May have to run it around a little with the switch in 2wd and retest.

    Try this. Got someone with you? Put it in 2wd and move the truck. Have them look to see if the driveshaft moves.

    Then IMO that front driveshaft needs to turn by hand ( be free). I know these other guys are thinking too. Imma go dig around and see if I can find something we're missing. Hang in there, we'll figure it out.

    This is getting weird. Stupid question? The switch on the dash in 2WD? Counterclockwise is unlocked. Clockwise is locked.

    I forgot something. Turn'em left. Then reach in and turn your front driveshaft by hand. If it moves? Your unlocked. I need a beer, my mind is slow today.

    That part I'm not sure of. Someone that knows more then me will chime in. Look at the vacuum pump. right close to it towards the front end you may have another part with vacuum lines running to it. No part, no esof. I have never paid attention to mine, except they work. May not move till you...

    You should have the ESOF hubs. Vacuum locking. And yes the switch controls it. As far as the hubs themselves? Lefty loosey, righty tighty.:D

    Got the F5 put in. WOW WOW and did I say WOW! Can't wait to hand calc the mileage but the idiotometer added 4 miles per gallon. We'll see!
